Weather Retorts

This group of poems is about the weather and/or the seasons that rule it.

Living Will

Shoot me, please,
right between the eyes,
soon as you’re certain

A pair of honking geese,
bound northeast, no longer
stops me in my tracks –

Won’t make me pivot to watch
them pass, then leave me
talking to the sky.
