On feet of clay

All art is found art,
wouldn’t you say?

Which poet invented rhyme,
what playright coined reason,
who chiseled weightlessness first –
on human faces, who painted thirst?

All art is found art, wouldn’t you say –
as we leap through life, on feet of clay?
